Intellectual property is not property (and really doesn't exist.. but
that is quite another fish). I do, however, support the federally mandated
agreements that are trademarks, copyright, and patents.

'Rebook' sounds too much like 'Reebok', so I'd think this is a trademark
issue, or perhaps a patent issue... Though patenting sneakers is patently
sneaky, I'd say.

Protecting "IP" is a right, alright, but not a property right.

Anyway, I agree, I'll stand up for someone else's federally granted
limited monopoly, because I want to have my own federally granted
limited monopolies. That is what makes the GPL work, after all. :)
