I have this problem, I use ' killall netscape '.
I think the problem is from contact bounce in my mouse,
it also occurs with other programs sometimes, slowly
right clicking (greatly reduced), then replacing the
mouse cured the problem.
I am looking for a switch that will, or other way to,
de-bounce mouse button switches with gmp (gpm???) in
repeater mode (server mode). (contact bounce can return
with microswitch age)
