Hmmm, I thought they were ultimately moving toward only pre-loaded Windows systems being legal?

That's ALWAYS a distinct possibility... MS is a huge advertiser.

Consider also that the hardware vendor is unnamed. It's not just MS buying a cover-up - it's an
OEM purchasing anonymity as well. (Dell, Gateway, IBM, NEC, maybe? Naw - PACKARD BELL!)
