Jason, there is a lesson and an opportunity in everything if just you take
the time to look for it rather than letting your ego and anger rob you of
precious time and energy. Right now you're busy defending your ego rather
than staying focused on your original purpose. Do you really think that
more people will come to IRC as a result of your last post? Do you think
you've gained anyones respect by lowering yourself to the same level as
those who were rude and inconsiderate? Whether it's your future
employer/s, your family and friends, customers and clients, or contacts in
this virtual world, you'll find anger will never get you anywhere. Think
with your head, not with your heart and you can turn this into a positive
experience. Look how much publicity you've gotten for your IRC project ..
schedule a time and topic and perhaps people will come join. and if they
don't, do it again and again until you succeed. Perseverance and patience
is the name of the game called success.
Good luck to you and I hope we can drop this topic for it's all been said
and nothing is being accomplished!
Brigitte
