I gathered that the point of reKall is more like the "visual database
builder" stuff from something like Access rather than any sort of
abtracted db layer. The abstracted interface layer is just a side
effect of needing to have the same API for multiple databases. It's
something for "Joe Sixpack" to be able to build a reasonable database
with drag-n-drop. Or so I understand from the text.
