Hi Paul,
Your best bet is to hit Slashdot and search for "ICANN". Any number of
past transgressions should pop up.

Make sure you follow the links shown and try to actually follow up.
Some of the "articles" seem fairly minor while turning out to be really
pretty awful, and some sound a lot worse than they really wind up
being. Although most of them make me sick to my stomach at how badly
ICANN handles their "power" either way.
