Not wise counsel, but just run it again. The files you downloaded
should be saved in /var/cache/apt/archives, so the program knows that it
doesn't need to download them again. It will just pick up from where it
left off.

the fix missing bit was suggesting to run apt-get with that option. I
don't think you need to, but if you have problems later, it will
probably suggest the option again, and you can try it.
