or if it's a CD-R and you're sure it's an iso9660 image, I use this for my PC:
cdrecord -v dev=0,6,0 speed=4 -isosize /holding/cdimg/some_image.iso
it stands for: be verbose, device SCSI controller zero, target six, lun zero, speed of burn at four speed, use iso9660 filesystem, /my_image_path
cater the command to your needs by checking out 'cdrecord --help | less' or 'man cdrecord'
