Any password exchange to a remote host can be viewed as a security hole.
That is where encryption comes in handy; or even better public/private
key authentication.

Adding a .forward to your Redhat server's root home directory with your
Window's Exchange e-mail address as the contents of the .forward file
should do the trick.
