Since you are using a cable modem...most likely uses a
dynamic ip (from cable ISP DHCP server). Mine has a 2
hour lease...and they change the scope about every 2
weeks. When you feel that your WWW server is ready
for the web, check out this web site. Course, server
you will be looking at will be Apache, on a Linux box.
