This was a majorly important thing for me.
I'm looking forward to the book suggestion. O'Reilly is a good
publisher, but not the only one by any means. I am publisher agnostic
... although I will usually pick up the equivalent O'Reilly book for
comparison. About 1/3 the time, I buy O'Reilly. But WROX, Sams,
Petersen Tech. Reference, Prima Tech, Peachpit Press, IDG and others
all have winners on their lists.
