If you got it from the guy who does the junk fest he is from Orlando.
www.junkfest.com also though he is a type once you buy it is yours as most
is.
most of these people take junk that they know will not work and sell it.

Sometimes you get lucky sometimes you get nothing good.
I would try to use a different CPU. Also have you tried to load any other
distro or Os?

As for anyone else there most of these people do not always do the same
shows.

Also though you can try to do a research at www.marketpro.com
they list the vendors that they usually have.

 P.s. You may also want to go to the motherboard manufacture web site see if
there is a bios update then the latest on the system
Also in the bios do not tell it that plug and play Os is loaded as this can
cause problems.

Also can you use a Dos bootable disk and then run a memory diagnostic you
still could also have bad ram. Also re check all jumper settings.
if the voltage is off you can have problems as well.
