that a "Programmed Instruction" trainer/tester with:

1. Question Bank
2. Several answers
       (adaptively harder multiple choice)
3. Explanation
4. References and Reviewers section

and driving logic to probe an area when a weaknerss is found
would be useful.

The various syllabus' for the various certifications solves
Item 1.
