Oops! I thought I could just build the CDs with this simple command.
I guess this is for existing archives ("must already have a
'debian-cd/' somewhere on your machine")?
Has anybody had good success with some other CD building schemes?
How about a good supplier of Debian CDs?

I'm looking for the Sparc ones, but I'll take any recommendations of
suppliers. I had a bad batch from www.lsl.com. They were so CD-Rish
they can't be read on some of my CD-ROM drives. When I look through
them, into the light, it's like looking through a dirty window. I
like more opaque CDs. I think it stands for the quality of the
medium.
