Looks pretty cool.
Two things I noticed:
- does the "recipe" have instructions for restricting who can post the job
ads? (I assume that you wouldn't have turned it on, anyway).
- search for job titles looks for whole words (test as a search does not
find "tester"). This might be a good feature, but not what I expected. Not
a big thing, but, since I saw it, I mentioned it.
