I have used ATT for almost a year and have had no problem with it. You
can
call there 800 number and they will give you the info over the phone.
Also I found that if you don't use the dns numbers the connection is
usually faster than with the dns numbers in place. I have not had any
trouble with ATT and its cheaper than most of the others. No ads
either. Hope this helps.
