I appreciate your help. What I needed was particulars for running DHCP with
Americast. As it was after rebooting so many times it quit asking Americast
for my old IP with RR, and got a new one. Funny it would take so many reboots
(or time) though.

It seemed to be something unusual to me as it did not work for a couple of
days after moving from RR. I'd never run into this particular thing before,
so I looked for someone with americast who knew that it needed something
unusual. Now I know it continues to ask for the same IP for a while even
though it fails getting one. Guess I should bone up on the protocol.
