Not too long time ago Juno had in it's agreement wording that basically said
that they have rights to access your computer as they seem fit. It may or may
not have changed, should you care about that kind of thing. : )
AOL used to say that they own all e-mail you send (through their service).
These should have some interesting legal consequences.
