I'm not going to get into this here. I write about the "How can you make
money from Open Source and/or Free Software?" question over and over.

Recently I had an excellent series of email exchanges with Jacques
LeMarois and Gael DuVal of Mandrakesoft about this, and the cleaned-up,
edited versions of what we said to each other in private became the
articles on NewsForge (and shortly thereafter on other sites) that
started conversation like this one on many email lists.

BTW, Jacques, Gael and I enjoy each other's company immensely, and our
debates have no vituperation to them whatsoever.
