Today I changed the power supply on my P233mmx box and then booted it up to
discover that it was running at 133 mhz. I did not move the jumpers. I did
blow dry air into the box to remove most of the dust.
I request explanations as to what I may have done wrong or what may have gone
wrong and how to correct it.
