[SLUG] SuSE 8.0 Upgrade?

I see this on the SuSE site.

I presume three things:

1. It requires that 7.3 already have been installed.
2. It is as complete as the boxed version, less support.
3. An upgrade is rarely as "clean" as a fresh install.

Am I correct on all counts?
