TechTV is the is the channel---it has been on GTE cable
since the start. It has its drabacks as far as linux goes
but is not too bad overall. Might be considered that the
money/owner is Gates old partner . Like I said it is M$
oriented, but, ocassionaly linux does make an appearence.
Once on screensavers they were going to do an install
during the show---never happened---they couldnt get RedHat
or Mandrake installed,coures this was a while back. I only
watch sporadically. They seem to praise linux but rarely do
anything concerning/related to linux so I dont watch it
much.If anyone would like I will try to tape the episode
mentioned---let me know.
