Take his drive out, put it into another W2K machine, and run L0phtcrack against his sam in newdriveletter:\winnt\system32\config It will spit out his local Administrator password, allowing you to put the drive back in the original computer, and log in as Administrator.

The guy removed the machine from the domain by creating a peer to domain.
There are no other accounts and the machine cannot be logged into.
