Check out Sysinternals:

        http://www.sysinternals.com

What you need is something like Locksmith on that site.

There is an older Linux boot floppy that lets you delete the SAM
database on an NT4 box.. but I've never managed to get it to work on a
Win2k server (NTFS v5+ breaks things).
