I'm not a winblows person, but if you can boot from a floppy or
CD-ROM with a system that can mount the NT drive, you can delete or
rename the password file (if there is such a file in NT) so root has
no password, just like we can rescue a LINUX system.
(Or possibly format a spare hd with NT and run it as a master to
the messed up drive, if it will allow it)
