I've talked things over with Paul, and apparently I'll be giving a
presentation about Debian and apt-get at the Tampa meeting on Wednesday.
I'll cover the major differences between Debian and RPM based
distributions,
as well as a good overview of apt-get, touching on some of the more
advanced features.
Afterward, for those that are interested, I was planning on doing a
Debian install. Rather than bring my own hardware, I think it would be
more interesting if someone else brought theirs. Just ensure the
network card is supported by the Linux Kernel. Any takers?
