You will get "submit your Web site to search engine" spam and possibly
some "slam spam" from Verisign and possibly others toward the end of
your domain name registration period urging you to switch registrars.

But you will get this whether or not anyone bulk-sells your registration
information, because that info is publically available and there are
plenty of crawlers looking at WHOIS data even though ICANN and all
registrars have policies in place that prohibit this.
