I msg Paul that I would bring to the Dunedin meeting the
Compaq ProLiant/Linux Intergration and Performance kit for
the raffle. This bag-o-stuff includes manuals(some very fat
ones) cds-floppies-training manuals(with questions at the
end of every chapter)-online "meetings"-and the voucher for
the testing and cert.(voucher expires 10-1-02)
the course includes
mod1- Industry concepts and termonology
mod2- Compaq server managment technology
mod3- Compaq client managment
mod4- Using compaq insight manager
mod5- Remote management
mod6- Integrated remote console and remote insight boards
mod7- version control I got this to look over and play with
but since I cannot work and will never use it as it was
meant I figured someone could make good use of it and the
LUG could make a few bucks at the raffle in Dunedin so
bring a buck or two its certainly worth that, just for some
of the basic linux tech info. Comes with Red Hat 7.2 cds
(dated but part of the package)
