I recently downloaded a copy of Engarde Linux and found it quite good as a
http and mysql and FTP server. It is very stripped down. I think the whole
install is less that 200 mb and it has a great secure web based config
screen. It is based on Redhat 6.2 I think....

You might want to try that distro. Only one CD
