I was never disconnected from internet junction for inactivity when I
was using a modem, even the time or two when I forgot to break the
connection and the next day I found out that I was still on line. I
also never had a busy signal when trying to connect, and that was for a
period of several years. Whether they've changed policies or not, I
don't know, but for the time I used it and for my useage, nobody could
have been any better.
