I have a friend who discovered the cheapest ISP in the world. He moved
into an apartment a couple months ago in St. Pete. His work laptop has
built-in WI-FI and had it configured for DHCP. When he turned it on it
found somebody's wireless router in the same complex and it gave him an
IP. Free broadband!
