It's free speech in action. It's a DVD decoder, the kind that's "technically"
illegal in the US, since it allows you play DVD's on your Linux box without
the permission of the the people who sponsored the DMCA. At least, it's
illegal in "compiled"/binary form, but this is perl, which doesn't exactly
get compiled.
