[SLUG] Gnome menu question

Does anyone know if it's possible to create your own menu, so you can
have something like "Programs, Favorites, Settings, Desktop and
MyStuff". I know you can add a drawer and add items to it but I was
looking for a texted named menu like Program, Favorites etc.but of my
own naming and be able to manage it with gmenu? Am I asking the
impossible?
