I was think something Free as in Beer already specially made for this
purpose.
So far all I find is Shareware that will only work 24 hours or track on
single storm for 24 hours.
and to Register it it is like $30-$80.00 per year! Also just Windows and Mac
versions is all I find.

While $30-$80.00 may not sound bad to some it may as well be a Million when
you are out of work trying to budget every penny you have.
