I'm grabbing it from newaol just this morning and getting about
175kB/s. http://bernie.tblc.org/~ostrowb/psyche/

I'm not guaranteeing it'll be there next week, and I don't intend it to
be a public mirror, but you can grab disc 1 now and the rest as they
come in.
