[SLUG] What is Atlas Mailer 2.0?

In some messeage headers I get the line:

X-Mailer: Atlas Mailer 2.0

What is it? Google found an archived message where some guy thought it
might be the back end to some web-based email client.

Anyone have a firmer idea?
