Check with RR for other limitations. When I called about a static IP I was informed that they (RR) would monitor my bandwidth usage and that I could NOT have a web server or a MTA. I asked them if they knew the meaning of compitition. I have an account with WebNet and have all of things mentioned at 384 up and down for $80 per month.

In my not so humble opinion, Road Runner can stick it as far as it will go, then bend it 90 degrees and finally, break it off. I wouldn't do business with Time/Warner in any of it's incanations.

. For this can be said about the generality of men: that they are ungrateful, fickle, dissembling, anxious to flee danger, and covetous of gain. So long as you promote their advantage, they are yours, as I said before, and will offer you their blood, their goods, their lives and their children when the need for these is remote. When the need arises, however they will turn against you.
