VNC is the only thing that even vaguely meets those needs.
rdesktop is a Linux app that can connect to MS Terminal Services.
There is no such thing as PC Anywhere For Linux, nor is there ever
likely to be, so you will probably never be able to connect to a PCA
host from a Linux box without something like VMware or WINE.
