[SLUG] Konqueror problem

Hello Sluggers,

Recently upgraded KDE to 3.1.1. Running SuSE 8.1. Just one of the
Users has encountered the following problem. (There are two other
users and root which do not have this problem) Anytime this user
tries to invoke a command which starts Konqueror, it fails. Below is
the logging output from the failure. Konqueror starts to load and
then fails, completely dissapearing.
