Wemin.com has a feature configure a Linux box to hit a time server. I
suppose any one of the suggestions will do.

ntp.org has the most robust free one I know of, but if you want
something that just syncs the clock once (not a time server), maybe try
this: http://www.freshmeat.net/projects/rdate
