These are very reliable:

nks-ntp-01.nks.net
nks-ntp-03
nks-ntp-05
nks-ntp-06
nks-ntp-08
nks-ntp-10
nks-ntp-11

There are others in the nks-ntp-* series, but they are either down,
moving, or in provisioning right now.

Nice thing about NTP is that it will just ignore servers that are down,
so if you don't mind the errors just use nks-ntp-[00-11].
