When you download the ISO there is also an MD5 file. In the MD5 file there is
a big number. From a prompt run md5sum -bc redhat_disc.iso this will generate
another number. The generated number and the number in the MD5 file should be
identical.

Alternatively. Step two of the Red Hat 9 install process.....
