By Road Runner tech support, are you referring to those individuals
who quickly run out of ideas right after "unplug it and plug it back in"?
Or were you referring to some other, previously unseen form of tech support,
who have never been proven to actually exist? (except, perhaps, on the bonny
shores of Loch Ness or deep in the wilderness somewhere)

That aside, the service itself is usually pretty damn good here in Valrico.

I live about 2 blocks from Brandon Town Center & I've never had a problem
with roadrunner's connection. Their tech support however...now that leaves
something else to be desired.

I use Bright House / RoadRunner here and am quite pleased with it (except
for the six-hour outage we had yesterday, which was the first in some
months). Also helps that the company's paying for it now since I work from
home full-time. :-)
