[SLUG] Another Microsoft settlement

Microsoft is apparently trying to bury the hatchet with AOL, to the tune
of $750M. One part of the settlement is that MS is supposedly going to
"bless" Netscape on its Windows platform. I can't quite figure out why
MS is settling this suit and capitulating. They must have some angle,
but I don't know what it is.
