I use grip and have no complaints. It's mainly a very flexible frontend to whatever CLI tools you
prefer and it comes preconfigured to use the correct command line args for all of the most common
ones.
Actually, I do have one complaint and that's that it uses oggenc by default whereas my discman
does regular mp3s only. But that's as easy to fix as installing bladeenc and making a change in
the config menu.
