FYI, I was highly offended by the comment made in the article linked in
my message to Mr. Bethune, CEO of Continental Airlines and thought I
would share my reply with the group. If any of you are as offended as I
was, and want to reply, I recommend that you send your comments to Mr.
Bethune using a professional tone.

attached mail follows:

Dear Mr. Bethune,

I am writing this letter to you to inform you that your employee
"Nathan Hanks" has cost you at least one customer. I will not tolerate
bigotry, and anyone who would make comments such as the one noted below
does not deserve the position he currently holds, or any other position
in our society. Any company that employs persons like Mr. Hanks do not
deserve my money. I formally request that your employee be reprimanded,
and that Continental Airlines post a formal apology to Linux users for
his remarks. His comment made in the article linked below is no better
than a person stating that all black persons are car thieves. It is
absolutely wrong and hurtful, and I would like an apology for his
damaging words.

"Nathan Hanks, managing director at Continental Airlines, said, "All the
guys hacking Windows are Linux guys." Continental was hit hard by SQL
Slammer and "our CEO said we'd failed," Hanks said." -
