Thought anyone on the list interested in Java development on Linux might
be interested. The presentation tonight is about Open Source tools, most
of which are from the Jakarta Project over at Apache. The presentation
will cover everything needed to do Open Source J2EE development. If you
would like to know more about the TampaBay Java Users Group, please see

The Tampa Bay Java Users Group will be meeting at Oxford Global
Resources' offices Thursday June 19 at 5:30pm.
Admission will be no more than $10. Refreshments will be provided.

As usual, the Social Hour will be from 5:30pm till roughly 6:30pm. The
presentation will begin at 6:30pm. This month's presentation will cover
Open Source Java development tools, ranging from web frameworks,
libraries, unit testing and code generation. The tools presented, will
be part of a larger strategy for increasing efficiency and lowering
development costs for J2EE applications. If time allows, the
presentation will cover a build system template for new projects using
the tools presented.

The meeting should conclude between 7:30pm and 8:00pm.
