Yes I am at run level five

I'm using KDE right now and when I click the logout button or select
logout from the K-menu all I get is a small dialog box that gives me
two buttons, LOGOUT and _CANCEL_ and an option to save settings. If I
select logout I go back to a redhat screen where I can then log in as a
different user or I can reboot or shutdown etc. I'd like to do these
actions in one step instead of two.

Perhaps this is customized for Redhat 8.0?
