try: ls -o /usr/bin/cdrecord

If it's not there try: whereis cdrecord

If it's in the wrong place move it to usr/bin/

If there weren't one, download the latest copy, it is called:
cdrtools-2.0 (My version, perhaps not the latest) and compile it.
