I think Robin made the best point here. Stay there if you need the
paycheck, and as much as possible, turn in better code than they
normally do. That way, at least you are not completely abandoning your
principles, and their code will improve to some degree. And you can
continue to feed your family. Meantime, keep you ears open for another
job.
